At Kaalik.store, all products are created using a print-on-demand production process, meaning each item is printed and produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective, or

  • The wrong item was delivered.

If your order meets one of the above conditions, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item

  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review the request and inform you whether your claim is approved.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Requests to change color or style

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor differences in color or print placement due to the production process

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.


3. Replacement Process

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the item at no additional cost.

Replacement orders will go through the same production and shipping process as a normal order.

In some cases, we may request additional information or verification before processing the replacement.


4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in situations where:

  • A replacement item cannot be provided, or

  • The issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the processing time:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service

  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary
